Kenway does not sell, rent or lease personal identifiable data, or disclose it to third parties unless it is required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary. Kenway will observe strict adherence to all applicable laws and expects our Third-Party Partners to do the same.
Kenway takes reasonable measures and follows industry accepted standards to protect the personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via a mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Kenway stores personal data, regardless of its form, with security procedures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. The data collected via our site is stored in a secure location. We protect Kenway and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold.
