CHICAGO, Thursday, September 14, 2023 – Kenway Consulting today announced that it has been named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Chicago by Crain’s Chicago Business.
Kenway was honored with a #15 out of 100 ranking on this year’s prestigious list. The annual award recognizes local companies that excel in creating quality workplaces for their employees, with outstanding benefits and culture. This is the fourth time Kenway has been named one of Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago, with previous appearances in 2018, 2021 and 2022.

Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of surveying thousands of employees to assess their workplace experiences and attitudes. This part was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used its expertise to determine the final ranking.
The full 2023 Best Places to Work in Chicago list was announced during a September 13 awards luncheon at the Hotel InterContinental. The updated ranking of Chicago’s 100 top employers is featured on the Crain’s Chicago Business website, and will also appear in the publication’s September 18 print edition.
