Vault’s 2023 rankings are based on anonymous survey results of 16,000+ current consulting professionals at 120 consulting firms around the world. The methodology considers each firm’s industry reputation as well as its employees’ satisfaction with key factors influencing their professional lives such as company culture, work/life balance, compensation, overall business outlook, promotion policies, and the ability to challenge.
