Kenway Consulting Names Company Executive Amy Wilkins to the Position of Chief Operating Officer

CHICAGO, Tuesday, January 10, 2023 Kenway Consulting today announced the promotion of Amy Wilkins to chief operating officer. In her new role, Wilkins will be responsible for leading Kenway’s day-to-day operations, including strategic planning, human resources, and financial operations. The position is effective immediately.

“Amy has been an incredible asset to Kenway over the years, and her proven track record of strong leadership and successful delivery has been instrumental in helping drive Kenway’s growth,” said Matt Kueker, CEO, Kenway Consulting. “Even more impressive is the integrity, trust and honesty she brings to all she does. Wilkins joined Kenway in 2011 as a management consultant, and most recently served as the company’s managing director of client delivery. During her time with Kenway, she has been instrumental in leading its client delivery organization to double-digit growth while maintaining extremely high levels of client satisfaction, as measured by NPS®.

Wilkins began her career at Hewitt Associates, overseeing human capital management services, and went on to serve as the director of client services at bswift, a benefits administrations software company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and administration from Bradley University, and an MBA in entrepreneurship from DePaul University - Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
